Still waiting. Second batch of brownies baked today. Lots more knitting. Late night sewing. A quick half-hour recording job for a phone system, bringing in desperately needed food money (Martin's hours are right down to below benefits income level). More nesting. Advent activities. Contractions every evening that go nowhere.
We are on the threshold.
My go-nowhere contractions have been more of a thing with each subsequent pregnancy. Though at least once you have done it a couple of times you know it will happen eventually :) I am sending lovely labour vibes.
ReplyDeleteSympathise totally, I rumbled around with Pip for a week before she was born. One of my MW a mother herself gave sage advice, "when you are fully ready to go, you will" reading your last two postings makes me think that, the money worries will not be helping.

ReplyDeleteThose contractions that don't lead anywhere were my least favorite!! I'd get so excited, then go to bed and wake up with no baby...
