Took a walk. Sat and painted.

Ate handfuls of fresh ripe elderberries.

Skinned one pair of little knees.

Failed to find the required stillness or simplicity. But it was a nice walk anyway.

    She does brilliant mournful faces doesn't she? I did kiss her before I took a picture lol. ;) She's fine now, she had forgotten half an hour later in fact (once she had told me a few times that she couldn't play because it hurt)!
