Presents in the morning - and great joy at finding that mama has finally allowed nail polish (Piggy Paint!).
Finding the birthday breakfast table set with lit candles and beautiful things.
A birthday dinner - and a Cola Float!
And a nice walk (including a trip to the Museum of Childhood - which was fun but overcrowded as usual during school holidays).
All in all it was a wonderful wonderful day. In spite of Rowan breaking one of Jenna's presents in the first hour of the day (oops). The children all got totally tired out - but not as tired as I am! The birthday girl felt loved and celebrated, which is the main thing after all. :)
