I'm still reading Irish Fairy Tales by James Stephens (free epub). That's all, for me, beautiful but easy simple bites of fantasy. I am knitting like crazy and painting instead, feeling a real drive to create art. I haven't felt the need to paint, or not this strongly, since my pregnancy with Talia. Welcome back, artist self, emerging from the baby cocoon!

That shawl is gorgeous, I hope the recipient loves it too!
ReplyDeleteI rather like it. The pattern is great and very easy to memorise. xxx
DeleteBeautiful shawl and hat. Lovely to hear you are painting again. :) xx
